Battle of Britain Dodgems is Southampton's newest immersive family entertainment attraction, combining World War II themed Dodgem Car Dogfights, Flight Simulators, Interactive Shooting Games and a Café Experience unlike anything else in the UK.

Available Positions...
Receptionist / Front of House
- Welcoming guests and checking bookings
- Operating EPOS and till systems
- Printing tickets and managing customer enquiries
- Taking food and drink orders
- Supporting café operations when required
Ideal experience:
- Reception, hospitality or customer service
- Till and EPOS systems
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (desirable)
Café Server
- Preparing and serving hot drinks and light food
- Operating the café till
- Maintaining cleanliness standards
- Restocking snacks, drinks and supplies
- Assisting reception during busy periods
Ideal experience:
- Café, coffee shop or hospitality experience
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- Customer-facing service roles
Dodgem Car Attendant
- Supervising game sessions
- Assisting customers boarding and exiting vehicles
- Delivering safety briefings
- Creating a fun and engaging atmosphere
- Monitoring gameplay and enforcing rules
Ideal qualities:
- Excellent people skills
- Confidence speaking to groups
- Positive attitude and sense of humour
- Interest in history or WWII themes
Flight Simulator Attendant
- Assisting guests with our flight simulators
- Explaining controls and gameplay
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience
Ideal experience:
- Gaming, simulation or technical background
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for aviation, technology or WWII history
Shooting Range Attendant
- Supervising our interactive shooting range
- Delivering safety briefings
- Assisting guests during gameplay
- Maintaining equipment and targets
Ideal experience:
- Knowledge of Nerf products or shooting games
- Great customer service skills
- Confident and approachable personality

Interviews will be held over the next 2-3 weeks with a view of a start date (TBC) for the last week of July/first week of August.
