We are recruiting aFM Technician (Multi Skilled Fabric) to join the team located in Fife. Thesuccessful candidate will Undertake building maintenance tasks (emergency,reactive, planned and corrective) in accordance with required service levelagreements and key performance indicators.

Responsibilities and daily activities:

Accountablefor completing all maintenance work orders within area of responsibility ordiscipline to meet all SLA / KPI’s
Undertakerepair and minor works associated with critical, essential, and non-essentialassets in accordance with relevant Emerge job plans
Providesupport to mechanical & electrical teams to assist with any othermaintenance activities when required
Carryout building fabric maintenance to walls, floors, ceilings and doors
Carryout minor decoration activities to maintain building image standards
Carryout / assist with water management tasks including temperature monitoring andsystem flushing.
Carryout minor plumbing works involving investigating water leaks and general WCplumbing requirements
Responsiblefor completing repairs to furniture, small moves and furniture rearrangements Responsiblefor setting up conference rooms layouts & special event requests
Completeall works in accordance to Emerge Job Plans and be responsible for completing& recording start & finish times for each Work Order
Followmaintenance Method Statement & Risk Assessments for all work activity, toensure safe systems of work are adhered to at all times
FollowClient LPS safety systems and practices and actively participate in all safetysystems.
Adhereto all Environmental, Health & Safety requirements, including control andsupervision of contractors when required
Ensureall plant rooms and CBRE Workspaces are maintained and kept in a safe conditionat all times Report / escalate all out of line situations, including Near Miss,Accident Reporting, and environmental hazard reporting
Carryout hosting of 3rd party contractors as and when need to ensure that work iscarried out safely, following site standards and that the quality andworkmanship of the task is completed to satisfaction.
Matrixrelationship with critical Services teams to ensure all technical activitiesare communicated all times
Supportany other reasonable requests to meet business needs / priorities
Follow on call Rota of 1 week in 5 – Monday to Sunday which comeswith an additional payment per week on call

Qualifications and Skills:

Relevantbuilding maintenance / FM experience in a multi-skilled role
Previousexperience of working in a similar building / environment
Mustbe able to work within a team and be self motivated
Flexiblein approach to work scheduling
Excellentcustomer service skills
Demonstrateability to work under pressure
Strongcommunication skills (oral and written)
Useof computer systems to maintain electronic work schedules Full clean drivinglicence
Fulldisclosure is a contractual requirement.
