Front Desk Operations & Sales Assistant

About Us:

At Snap Fitness Nursling, we pride ourselves on creating a clean, welcoming, and motivating environment for our members. We’re looking for a reliable and proactive individual to join our team and support the day-to-day running of the club.

This is a hands-on, varied role supporting club operations. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Assistant Club Manager to ensure the gym runs smoothly at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting daily club operations
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the gym
Providing excellent customer service to members
Assisting with opening/closing procedures when required
Covering shifts during staff holidays or absence
Monitoring equipment and reporting maintenance issues
Focus on call-drives and outreach to help increase membership levels

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly, approachable, and reliable
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
Flexible availability (including evenings/weekends)
Passion for fitness is a bonus, but not essential
Previous experience in a sales role or gym environment preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Hours:

16 to 20 hours per week
