Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphics & Multimedia Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital design, branding, and multimedia content creation, with the ability to develop innovative visual solutions across various platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from web design to video production, contributing to the visual identity and marketing efforts of our organisation.

Responsibilities

Develop compelling visual concepts and designs that align with brand identity and marketing strategies
Create engaging graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns
Design and maintain website layouts using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and content management systems
Produce multimedia content such as videos, animations, and presentations using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other video editing tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce branding materials, marketing collateral, and UI/UX designs
Utilise tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision for prototyping and user interface design
Conduct photography sessions for promotional content and product visuals
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital design, multimedia production, and web development

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design, digital design, and multimedia production with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and other graphic design tools
Skilled in web design technologies including WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems
Experience with UI/UX design principles using Figma or Sketch; familiarity with InVision is a plus
Strong knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategies
Ability to produce high-quality video content using Adobe After Effects or similar software
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively
Knowledge of photography techniques for digital content creation
Familiarity with digital marketing trends and content optimisation techniques

Pay: £36,000.00-£55,995.00 per year
