Job Overview
Working in a fast pace and dynamic environment, manage a team of Litigation Paralegals delivering our services to our client.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the work produced by the team is in line with Client policies and procedures, as well as analyse performance against targets (KPI’s).
- Manage correspondence with relevant authorities such as: lawyers, debt management companies and external agencies.
- Liaise with Clients and debtors to resolve new and existing queries.
- Partner with internal colleagues and stakeholders to improve collaborative working and develop processes.
- Manage a caseload of complex matters.
- Recognises any potential issues in cases and refers these appropriately
- Provides technical advice to the team
- Manages a team of Litigation Paralegal’s and ensures they understand and deliver the services to clients in line with client expectations and SLAs
- Supports the training and development of any new team members
- Effectively manages both team and individual’s performance, absence, office attendance, general behaviour, elearning, phishing, any complaints or data breaches, call scores and to do list.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates with
- Proven experience in a debt recovery environment is essential, although in-role training will continue to be provided.
- Understanding of the litigation process to understand the start to end process of the business.
- Previous experience of managing a team and delivering results
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential.
- Analytical and forward thinking.
- Highly motivated with strong written and communication skills
