Position: Master Technician/Mechanic
As a Master Technician at our centre you’ll lead the technical operations of our workshop. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles, ensuring that our customers’ vehicles are road-ready and reliable. Your Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles of all makes and models (cars and vans).
- Carry out repairs and maintenance for Class 4 and Class 7 MOT vehicles.
- Efficiently troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with expert precision.
- Create and implement maintenance schedules to ensure peak vehicle performance.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior technicians, fostering teamwork and growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Expertise in diagnosing and repairing both mechanical and electrical faults.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including Class 4 and Class 7 MOT standards.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude who can lead a team and work independently.
- Full, clean driving license is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
