Mobile Electrical Engineer

Southeast Region (Hampshire / Southampton area)
Full Time | Permanent

About the Role

We are looking to recruit a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our mobile FM team, covering the Southeast region with a focus around Southampton and surrounding areas.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across a varied portfolio of commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you will:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works
Diagnose and repair electrical faults across commercial buildings
Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and compliance standards
Undertake testing, inspection, and certification where required
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Accurately complete job reports and documentation via digital systems
Work flexibly across multiple sites within the region

What We're Looking For

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
18th Edition (BS7671) qualification
Experience working within a Facilities Management / Building Services environment
Knowledge of compliance, statutory regulations, and safe systems of work
Full UK driving licence (essential for mobile role)
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
A proactive, customer-focused approach
