We’re looking for a proper Multi-Trade Operative.
Not someone who can do one thing well and disappear when the job gets awkward.
We mean a genuine all-rounder.
Someone who can fit a kitchen, install a bathroom, lay vinyl flooring, problem solve on the fly and still leave the property clean, functional and professionally finished.
We work primarily within Housing Association and Local Authority properties across the South Coast carrying out reactive maintenance, void works and planned projects.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and knows how to make things happen when the pressure is on.

The Role
This is a true multi-trade role.
You’ll be carrying out a wide variety of works across occupied and void properties, often managing jobs that require multiple trades and practical problem solving.
Typical works include:
- Kitchen fitting and repairs
- Bathroom installs and remedial works
- Vinyl flooring installation
- Carpentry and joinery
- Plumbing repairs and installs
- Patch plastering and making good
- Tiling repairs
- General reactive maintenance
- First-time-fix repairs
- Snagging and finishing works
We need someone who can look at a situation, figure it out and get the job completed properly.
Not someone who immediately says:
“That’s not my trade.”
Adaptability matters massively in this role.
