Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full time Hair Stylist - Senior Level to lead our sales team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, a proven track record in B2B sales, and excellent leadership qualities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, develop strategic sales initiatives, and foster long-term client relationships. The successful applicant will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and achieving organisational objectives through innovative sales strategies and effective team management.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance levels and professional development.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the B2B sector.
Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, analyse data, and generate reports for management review.
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, monitor competitors, and stay abreast of industry trends.
Organise regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and optimise outreach efforts.
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse results, and adjust strategies accordingly to meet organisational goals.
Prepare detailed forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

Skills

Hair dressing qualification
Proven experience in management within a sales environment, preferably with B2B expertise.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team towards common objectives.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for data analysis and pipeline management.
Excellent analysis skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback effectively.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Strategic thinker with the capacity to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.
Organised with strong time-management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
