We are looking for an organised and proactive Installation & Stock Coordinator to support installation projects, stock control, and extra works across the business.
This is a varied, fast-paced role working closely with engineers, project managers, suppliers, sales, and admin teams to ensure projects and operational activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule installation works
- Allocate engineers effectively based on workload and location
- Support extra works and small modifications
- Manage van stock and stores inventory
- Process deliveries and maintain accurate stock records
- Ensure installation certificates and documentation are completed correctly
- Liaise with engineers, clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Support operational efficiency and workflow improvements
About You
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Good attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- IT literate, including Outlook and operational systems
- Experience in installations, engineering, service, or operations environments desirable
Desirable
- Stock control or logistics experience
- Knowledge of CASH systems
- Understanding of NSI/BAFE compliance
