Full job description

We are seeking EXPERIENCED people that have removed sprayfoam loft insulation before. The candidates MUST HAVE experience in open cell Spray Foam Removal & will be responsible for installing high-quality insulation in residential and commercial loft spaces such as loft rolls and pitched roof insulation ( Thermal Blanket ). PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NOT DO THIS WORK BEFORE AS YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.

Ensuring energy efficiency and compliance with safety standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in construction or related trades to develop their expertise within a supportive environment. The position is paid and suitable for those eager to contribute to sustainable building practices while honing their technical skills.

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVING LICENSE and live IN SOUTHAMPTON!!!!

Responsibilities

Measure and prepare loft spaces for insulation installation, ensuring accurate fitment according to schematics and specifications
Install various types of loft insulation materials, including fibre, Thermal Blankets, mineral wool, and removal of spray foam insulation adhering to safety and quality standards
Assist with the removal of old or damaged insulation as needed
Ensure work areas are kept clean and organised throughout the installation process.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard
Conduct basic inspections of installed insulation to verify proper coverage and performance

Experience

Experience using hand tools and power tools in a professional setting is required
Previous work involving roofing or insulation installation is essential.
