Full job description

A Hampshire-based nationwide training company is looking for a part-time Marketing Administrator to support its growing marketing activity.

The role will involve working 30 hours per week, predominantly from home, while typically spending one or two days a week in the business’s Alresford office.

This is a varied and exciting role for someone who enjoys both creative marketing work and practical administration. The successful candidate will help develop marketing content and communications across a range of channels, including social media, email marketing and the company website.

The role would suit a well-organised, detail-oriented self-starter who is confident working remotely as part of a small team, and who is happy to get involved in a broad mix of marketing, content and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills, good attention to detail, and an interest in marketing, with the ability to bring creative ideas to our social media activity. Experience creating engaging social media assets and short-form video content would be highly desirable. Experience with CRM software would be useful, but not essential.

Responsibilities include:

Creating and scheduling marketing content, including social media posts and email communications
Supporting the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activity
Managing landing pages, email sequences, CRM workflows, tagging and follow-up communications
Overseeing the affiliate programme, including preparing promotional materials, tracking activity and helping affiliates promote campaigns effectively
Assisting with email marketing activity, including formatting, scheduling and database/CRM updates
Helping to repurpose video, webinar or event content into marketing assets
Supporting the team with content planning, proofreading and general marketing administration
General administrative support where required
Supporting specific projects and campaigns as needed
Providing support to the Directors and wider team where appropriate

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
