Role Overview
As a PPC Specialist, you’ll play a central role in delivering high-performing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms. This is a hands-on, executional role where you’ll own the full campaign lifecycle, from planning and structuring through to optimisation, analysis and scaling.
You’ll be comfortable analysing performance through a commercial lens, using metrics such as AOV, margins, CPA, ROAS and lifetime value to inform decisions around bidding, structure and budget allocation.
You’ll work closely with account managers and other channel specialists, contributing data-driven insight and clear recommendations to improve ROI. You’ll also support wider tracking, reporting and forecasting efforts, helping evolve how we use data to drive smarter, more profitable growth for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on refining performance through data analysis and platform knowledge, particularly across Google Ads (Search, Pmax, Shopping, Display and YouTube) and Microsoft Ads. Experience with SA360, DV360 or Search365 is a bonus but not required.
