Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, reliable, and hard-working individual to join our growing Events Team at Hampshire Cricket Club (Utilita Bowl).

As a Traffic Marshal, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, smooth, and efficient movement of customers and guests, delivering excellent customer service at all times.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing vehicle and pedestrian movement
Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests
Providing clear directions and customer assistance
Working closely with the wider event operations team

What We’re Looking For

Right to work in the UK
Happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Flexible with working hours (day, evening, and weekend shifts)
Energetic, positive, and professional attitude
Strong customer service skills
A team player with a well-groomed appearance
Previous Traffic Marshal experience desirable but not essential (training provided)
