Location: Southampton
Salary: Competitive plus benefits
Working Hours: 30 hrs per week (Monday to Friday)
Contract: Permanent
Role-Grade: 2A

Due to ongoing business growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Call Handler to support our busy call centre.

If youre someone who is a quick-learner with a team-player mentality and believes in putting the customer first, then we would love to hear from you.

Role Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls, ensuring excellent customer service throughout
Directing calls to the relevant departments or passing on messages
Logging customer call outs into the company's service system
Building rapport with customers by being professional, helpful and flagging any customer concerns with the team
Updating and maintaining customer records
Carry out other adhoc administrative duties as required

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience within a customer service or call centre environment essential
Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
An eye for detail, taking pride in your work and willing to go the extra mile to ensure quality
Good understanding of Outlook and IT/database systems
