We’re a well-established (since 2001), growing private physiotherapy clinic in Chandlers Ford with:

We’re now launching an exciting Community Physiotherapy Service and we’re looking for the right person to help us build it.

The Opportunity

This is more than a physio role.

It’s an opportunity to:

Deliver high-quality physiotherapy in people’s homes
Work with a diverse and rewarding caseload (older adults, rehab, reduced mobility, post-hospital patients)
Help design and grow a new service from the ground up
Develop into a future leadership role as the service expands

You’ll be working across:

Patients’ homes
Residential & nursing homes
Community settings

From a buzzing and supportive clinical base at our main clinic in Chandlers Ford.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assessing and treating patients in their own environments
Creating clear, structured rehab plans that patients understand and follow
Supporting mobility, strength, independence, and confidence
Working with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals
Liaising with GPs, care teams, and discharge services where needed
Managing your own diary and travel efficiently
Contributing ideas to help shape and grow the service

Who This Role Is Perfect For

You’re a physiotherapist who:

Enjoys working autonomously but as part of a supportive team
Wants to make a real difference in patients’ day-to-day lives
Is confident managing a varied caseload
Is excited by the idea of building something new
Has an interest in progressing into leadership or service development

Essential Requirements

BSc / MSc in Physiotherapy
HCPC Registered
CSP Member
Broad MSK / rehab experience - minimum 2 years UK experience
Full UK driving licence
Access to your own vehicle

Desirable Experience

Community, domiciliary or care home experience
Supporting patients transitioning from hospital to home
Liaising with discharge teams / MDTs
Falls prevention / elderly rehab
Experience supporting or mentoring students or junior staff

Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle for work use, as this is a community-based position. A minimum of 2 years’ physiotherapy experience within the UK is required, along with current HCPC registration. Candidates must also have the right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship now or in the future, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
