Duties

Provide professional hair styling and barbering services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and offer expert recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized service
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to enhance service quality
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity
Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized and well-maintained for optimal performance

Requirements

Proven experience in hair styling and barbering with a strong portfolio of work
Excellent communication skills in English to effectively understand client needs and provide clear advice
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
Knowledge of current hair trends, styling techniques, and grooming products
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Certification or licensing in cosmetology or barbering where applicable
A positive attitude, energetic approach, and passion for helping clients look and feel their best
