Full job description

Full Time | Christchurch

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Service & Operations Administrator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth running of our operations, from order management to stock control and customer support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be comfortable multitasking under pressure. Salary: £30,000 – £35000 depending on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfilment.
Production Quotas: Assist in producing production targets and ensure they align with business requirements.
Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and prevent shortages.
Sales: Process orders, manage inquiries
Customer Queries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional assistance.
Quality Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of quality control documents to meet compliance standards.
Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to optimise workflow.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in operations, logistics, sales support, or a similar role is advantageous.
Experience in the food industry an advantage

Skills & Competencies:

o Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
o Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
o Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with order management and ecommerce systems
o A proactive and adaptable mindset with a strong work ethic.
