Jorja Healthcare is a CQC-registered private clinic based in Leigh-on-Sea, offering aesthetic, pain management, orthopaedic, spinal and wellbeing treatments, alongside specialist services including medical cannabis and orthobiologics.
Originally established in London, we are now focused on growing our presence in Leigh-on-Sea and building a leading, patient-centred healthcare and wellness clinic.
Our approach is built around high standards of clinical care, innovation and exceptional patient experience. We have also integrated The Lifeworks Project as Jorja Revive, creating a dedicated wellness sanctuary focused on recovery, longevity and overall wellbeing.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Nurse Prescriber with an established background in medical aesthetics to join our growing team.
You will deliver high-quality aesthetic treatments and consultations, providing a professional, personalised patient experience from consultation through to treatment and aftercare.
You should be confident working independently, knowledgeable about current aesthetic treatments and trends, and committed to continuously developing your skills and keeping your knowledge up to date.
Alongside aesthetics, there will be opportunities to expand your knowledge across the wider Jorja Healthcare and Jorja Revive offering, including wellness, regenerative medicine, medical cannabis and other emerging areas of healthcare.
Aesthetics Experience
Established experience within medical aesthetics is essential.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience delivering a range of popular aesthetic treatments.
- Is confident conducting consultations and creating personalised treatment plans.
- Has a strong understanding of current aesthetics trends, products and techniques.
- Keeps up to date with developments within the industry and continuously builds their knowledge and skills.
- Prioritises patient safety and natural, high-quality outcomes.
- Is confident discussing treatment options, expectations, benefits and risks with patients.
- Takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Patient Care
Patient experience is at the heart of everything we do. You will:
- Provide warm, professional and compassionate care.
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with patients.
- Conduct thorough consultations and assessments.
- Understand each patient's individual goals and expectations.
- Provide clear, honest and appropriate treatment advice within your scope of practice.
- Ensure patients are fully informed and comfortable before treatment.
- Provide appropriate aftercare and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate where appropriate.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality, professionalism and clinical governance.
Continued Learning & Development
The aesthetics industry is constantly evolving, and staying current with the latest treatments, techniques and industry developments is an important part of the role.
You will be expected to:
- Keep up to date with the latest aesthetic treatments, products, techniques and technologies.
- Proactively seek out relevant training and professional development opportunities.
- Continuously develop your clinical knowledge and practical skills.
- Stay informed on current industry trends and changing patient needs.
- Share knowledge and new developments with the wider team.
- Contribute ideas to develop and expand our aesthetics offering.
- Remain open to learning and developing knowledge across the wider Jorja Healthcare and Jorja Revive services.

About You
You will be:
- A Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
- An Independent Prescriber (V300) – essential.
- Experienced and established within medical aesthetics.
- Confident conducting consultations and delivering a range of aesthetic treatments.
- Knowledgeable about current and popular aesthetic treatments, products and techniques.
- Passionate about aesthetics and committed to achieving excellent patient outcomes.
- Proactive about keeping your knowledge and clinical skills up to date.
- Committed to ongoing training, education and professional development.
- Warm, approachable and confident when building relationships with patients.
- Professional, organised and commercially aware.
- Highly attentive to detail and committed to safe, high-quality clinical practice.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team.
- Adaptable, proactive and excited to be part of a growing private healthcare and wellness business.
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
