Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing electrical teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the successful completion of complex electrical projects.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily electrical activities, ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations.
Lead and manage electrical teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
Oversee procurement of electrical materials and equipment, maintaining cost efficiency.
Ensure all electrical work adheres to relevant codes, standards, and organisational policies.

Skills

Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and industry standards.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
