Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Fitness Coach to join our team in Southport, United Kingdom. As a Fitness Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping our members achieve their health and fitness goals through personalised training and support.

Conduct individual and group fitness sessions, ensuring proper form and technique
Design and implement tailored fitness programmes for clients with varying needs and abilities
Deliver MOVE sessions and participate in gym events and challenges
Lead group training classes and provide general facility customer service
Support new member sales and retention efforts
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the facility
Contribute to the wider team's efforts in promoting secondary products
Provide nutritional advice and lifestyle recommendations to complement fitness routines
Monitor and assess clients' progress, adjusting programmes as necessary
Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and research to enhance training methods

Qualifications

Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification
CIMSPA membership certificate 'Practitioner' Level
Valid Public Liability Insurance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of exercise physiology and nutrition
First Aid and CPR certification
Experience in designing and implementing personalised fitness programmes
Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Friendly and approachable demeanour with a customer-focused attitude
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Commitment to ongoing professional development in the fitness industry
