**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic hospitality professional to join our team at Crushed & Cured. You will be responsible for running shifts, preparing and serving food & beverages to customers. Your role will involve providing excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring customer satisfaction through your expertise.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including beers, wines and soft drinks
- Preparing charcuterie and cheese boards as well as a small selection of small plates
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making wine recommendations based on customer tastes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple drink orders efficiently during peak hours
**Skills:**
- Previous experience in shift maangement in the hospitality industry in a fast paced, hand-on environment essential
- Prior experience or knowledge of wines would be beneficial, or a desire to learn and understand more about wine, and the wines we stock.
- Familiarity with food safety practices to maintain a hygienic environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to help team members and contribute to a positive work environment
