The role of Executive Assistant:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including diary and email management
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required
Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for executives
Handle confidential documents and ensure efficient filing systems are maintained

The ideal Executive Assistant:

Proven experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
Professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
