Our Sales Management Trainee role combines practical experience, structured development and ongoing mentoring. Successful candidates will begin by developing a strong foundation in sales, customer acquisition and event marketing before progressing into leadership and management responsibilities.
You will work alongside experienced managers, gain hands-on business experience and develop the skills required to build a long-term career in sales management.
No previous management experience is required, as full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Acquisition
- Represent our clients professionally at events, promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities
- Engage with prospective customers and communicate campaign objectives effectively
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
- Develop knowledge of client products, services and campaigns
- Record and report customer interactions accurately
Leadership and Management Development
- Participate in structured management training and development programmes
- Learn how to coach, motivate and support team members
- Assist with campaign coordination and event operations
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
- Develop an understanding of business operations, performance management and leadership strategies
- Work closely with senior managers to develop commercial and management skills
- Participate in training workshops, team meetings and performance reviews

Qualifications and Experience

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, promotions or sales
- Experience working towards targets or performance goals
- Experience in leadership roles through education, sport, volunteering or extracurricular activities
