Full job description

We are currently looking for a technician to join our growing team.

Role requirements

Primary role will be working in Flight Assembly, working on general building of boards and modules, harness, mechanisms and solar panels.

Working in a cleanroom environment
Working to ESA standard
Working to build instructions and drawings
A high level of electro-mechanical build
Building of wire harnesses and test boxes
Other activities as delegated

Qualifications Knowledge & Skills

Experience within a cleanroom environment
ESA certification Required.
A good knowledge in soldering practices, and intricate electro- mechanical build practices.
Practical, hands-on ability
Good general computing skills (word processing and basic spreadsheets) Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong and clear communication skills
Commitment to take own initiative
Desire to support others
Good team working skills
High attention to detail
Excellent planning and organising skills
Able to use common sense when under pressure
Ability to multi-task and deliver both immediate and longer-term tasks
Able to demonstrate company mindsets and behaviours; Be accountable, Drive & delivery, communicate effectively, Self-manage effectively, Work as one team
