Marketing & Events Coordinator
Location: Sleaford (moving to North Rauceby, NG34 7RY later this year – your own transport is required as there are no transport links to this location)
Pay: From £13.00 per hour (Starting rate for ages 21+, scaling with experience and performance)
Job Type: Part-time / Flexible hours
Due to the nature of our business an enhanced Police check will be performed on successful candidates.
About Us
We are an established Gun Shop, which includes a physical store, a growing e-commerce platform and our own Airgun Shooting Range. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic marketer to help drive growth, as we enter an exciting phase of our business.
The Role
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing and Events Coordinator to split their time between building our social media presence, creating content and engaging with the online shooting community. A big part of this role is helping us embark on our new venture of corporate and organised events so we need the applicant to be pro-active and use their initiative as the business develops.
The applicant needs to have experience in marketing and event organising and have an organised personality with excellent communication skills. The applicant will be a face of the company so must be presentable, communicate confidently with both retail customers and corporate/trade connections.
Drive Growth: Market both our physical shop and our expanding e-commerce business.
Social Media and Content: Take ownership of our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts - creating engaging content that drives footfall and website traffic.
Forum Engagement: Spend time on popular Airgun Forums, actively marketing our business, sharing event updates, and building positive relationships with the shooting community.
Launch Events: Organise and execute corporate events and group bookings.
