Multi-Trade Operative Required – Peterborough, Bourne, Stamford, Grantham
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join our growing team working across the South Kesteven Area
Role Overview: You will be carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair works across residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be reliable, skilled across multiple trades, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- General multi-trade works including carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, and basic tiling
- Reactive and planned maintenance
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Liaising with tenants, clients, and office staff when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a multi-trade operative
- Own tools and transport preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
- CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
What We Offer:
- £160 – £220 per day (depending on experience)
