We’re not looking for a traditional ERP consultant. We’re looking for someone who can win the work AND deliver it.

At The HBP Group, this role breaks the mould, combining pre-sales influence with delivery ownership so what you design is exactly what gets delivered.

You’ll:

Lead discovery and solution design
Influence and win new business
Deliver end-to-end ERP implementations
Build long-term client relationships that drive growth

No disconnect. No handovers. Just true ownership across the full lifecycle

What you’ll be doing

Pre-Sales (50%)

Run discovery workshops and uncover real business challenges
Design tailored ERP solutions and deliver impactful demos
Shape proposals, scope, and commercial outcomes

Delivery (50%)

Own full ERP implementations (design go-live

optimisation)
Configure systems, manage data migration, and support UAT
Deliver training and drive real user adoption
Ensure projects land on time, on budget, and on value

What we’re looking for

This is for you if you:

Have 3+ years in ERP (pre-sales + implementation)
Can confidently operate in front of CFOs, Ops & IT stakeholders
Understand finance processes (GL, AP/AR, reporting)
Have hands on experience with Sage Intacct (essential)
Know how to balance client value with commercial reality
