Are you passionate about all things beauty and ready to join a luxurious, fast-paced salon that truly values its team? The Beauty Room in the heart of Spalding is looking for a talented Beauty Therapist to join our friendly and professional team.

We’re a busy, high-end salon offering a full range of treatments including nails, waxing, laser, massage, pedicures and advanced skincare. If you’ve got experience, a great attitude, and a love for helping clients look and feel amazing — we want to hear from you!

You will need:
✔ A minimum of 2 years' experience in a salon or spa environment
✔ NVQ Level 2/3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)

✔ A passion for the beauty industry and a keen eye for detail

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experiences and satisfaction.

Perform beauty treatments to a high standard.

Upsell services and products to clients, contributing to overall sales goals.
