Patient Services Coordinator

Pay: £13 per hour

Hours: 34

Locations: Frome & Devizes

Looking for a professional, stable weekday role where you can genuinely grow?

We’re a multi-site private healthcare business helping people move better and live pain free. Our Patient Services team are the backbone of our clinics.

This is not “just reception”.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused coordination role in a professional healthcare environment.

What makes this role different?

· Weekday-only work (no weekends or bank holidays)

· 6.5 week holiday (rising to 7.5 with service)

· Structured 12-week induction programme

· Clear pathway to senior roles

We plan rotas well in advance and provide ongoing coaching and development.

The Role

You’ll work across our Frome and Devizes clinics on different days.

You will:

· Be the professional first point of contact for patients

· Manage bookings and clinical diaries

· Handle enquiries by phone and e-mail

· Coordinate follow-up and treatment plans

· Maintain high clinic standards

One or two evening shifts per week (until 18:30 or 20:30) are required. All other shifts fall within normal business hours.
