Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bagging Plant Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical background and experience in materials handling. The Plant Operator will play a vital part in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency within the plant environment.

Responsibilities

Programme and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to optimise production processes
Handle materials efficiently, including loading, unloading, and organising raw materials and finished products
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment, including inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times during operations

Requirements

Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Must keep the machine well maintained, Clean & Tidy

Salary will be discussed individually depending on experience.
