We’re offering a rare opportunity for the right partner or partners to step into a fully equipped signage facility — with no upfront investment required.

This is a rare opportunity for experienced signmakers, designers or companies to make use of the latest machinery, dedicated workspace, and operational support — all ready to go.

What’s On Offer:

Access to a 6,500 sq ft signage facility with modern, professional equipment, including:
Large-format printers
CNC routers
Laminators, vinyl cutters, full tooling and materials
Company Luton van for deliveries and site installs
In-house accountant to manage invoicing and admin
On-site team members available for larger or two-person jobs
Expert input on quoting, production, and artwork, when needed

The setup is in place, you bring the skill and drive to turn it into business.

How the 50/50 Profit Share Works:

You handle quoting, design, client relationships, production, and fitting
Or you focus purely on generating and managing client relationships while our in-house team handles manufacturing and fitting. Labour and production costs are deducted and the remaining net profit is shared 50/50
We provide the facility, equipment, materials, and backend support
You take 50% of the net profit on every job
Choose your own hours.. full-time, part-time, or flexible

Example: A £4,000 job with £2,000 net profit = you take £1,000.

Signmakers, fitters or designers looking to run work through a fully equipped setup
Professionals with client contacts or proven experience
Signage companies looking for a low-risk satellite site
Anyone ambitious and ready to earn — without setup costs or overhead

You’ll Need:

Experience in signage design, production, or installation
Confidence running jobs from start to finish
A commercial mindset and strong work ethic

Pay: £25,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
