CLTH is a BHS Alternative Provision Education Programme of regular sessions, taking place here at PEC. Your main role is to facilitate and support the development of six key life skills in young people through Equine Assisted learning. You will guide participants in Developing Communication, confidence, teamwork, building relationships, perseverance and responsibility using the programmes structured awards and activities. Partially office based role so applicants must be confident & proficient in working with Microsoft Office systems & building relationships with the Stakeholders.
You will also work to ensure the Safety and well being of all participants and the horses involved.
