Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced <PERSON>/working foreman to lead and oversee construction projects with enthusiasm and precision. In this vital role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, supervise skilled tradespeople, and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will drive project success from start to finish, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes quality craftsmanship and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and safety regulations
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve on-site issues promptly
Lead by example in the use of hand tools, power tools, masonry techniques
Inspect work quality regularly to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards
Assign tasks to crew members based on skill levels and project requirements
Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety meetings
Keep detailed records of work progress, materials used, and labor hours for accurate reporting

Qualifications

Proven experience as a working foreman or similar leadership role in construction or masonry projects
Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, bricklaying, masony related skills
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients
Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Valid certifications or licenses relevant to construction supervision preferred but not mandatory
Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship
