Location: Based at Manby, Louth, LN11
Salary: £27,733 to £35,865 (dependent on level of experience).
Holidays: 23 days leave rising to 27 days over five years, plus bank holidays and three additional statutory days.
Pension: Local Government Pension Scheme (defined benefit).
Hours: 74 hours over a nine-day fortnight. Every other Friday is your time!

The role is primarily based at our Manby Office, with the need to travel to other sites and locations on occasion.

Lindsey Marsh Drainage Board, part of the Water Management Consortium, provides water level management services for three other Internal Drainage Boards, managing 92 pumping stations and 2,400km of watercourse that protect assets across an area of 147,665 hectares. We are dedicated to providing an effective and efficient service, managing water levels within the area to protect communities, farmland, biodiversity, businesses and infrastructure.
