BDD have an opportunity for a Clinical Trial Administrator to join the team at our clinical trial unit within Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
The Clinical Trial Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the BDD Clinical Site by providing a variety of administrative support; managing and maintaining our volunteer and patient databases; trial related documentation management and clinical trial data entry.
This is a full time, permanent role (37.5 hours a week), core hours are 10-12 and 2-4pm, Monday to Friday. If you would prefer to work part-time, opportunities may be available for the right candidate. No previous experience in clinical research is necessary as full training will be provided

Education, Qualifications and Experience
- National 5’s including English and Maths or equivalent
- Experience in public facing role / telephony skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with databases or CRM tools.
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Proactive approach with high levels of initiative and commitment
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing plans and priorities
- A patient-centric mindset and commitment to ethical recruitment practices.
- Problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges effectively
Desirable
- Experience managing social media accounts and websites

Pay: £26,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
