Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and reliable Painters & Decorators to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, take pride in their work, and be capable of maintaining our company’s reputation for quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare all surfaces to a high standard, including cleaning, sanding, and filling.
· Apply paints, varnishes, and specialist finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
· Carry out both interior and exterior decoration work across a range of projects.
· Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining top-quality workmanship.
· Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
· Represent the company professionally on-site and communicate clearly with clients and team members.
· Travel between sites across Central Scotland as required.
Requirements
· Valid CSCS Card
· Own Tools
· Full UK Driver’s Licence
· Proven experience in painting and decorating (minimum 3 years preferred).
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
