Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate weekend Mixologist to elevate our guests' experience through expertly crafted cocktails and exceptional service. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will combine creativity, technical skill, and a welcoming attitude to deliver memorable moments for every guest. Your role will involve preparing innovative drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring all safety standards are met. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology talents while contributing to a lively, energetic atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing recommendations and creating a welcoming environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations.
Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while adhering to time management best practices to minimize wait times.
Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all safety procedures related to handling alcohol, glassware, and equipment to promote a safe environment for staff and guests.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy hours and special events.

Requirements

Previous experience working in hospitality settings such as restaurants, bars, or similar environments is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
Basic math skills for accurately measuring ingredients and handling cash or POS transactions.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members in a lively setting.
Demonstrated understanding of serving etiquette, including proper alcohol handling procedures.
A friendly personality with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
