Job Summary:

Praia Mar Property Services Ltd is seeking a Property Management Coordinator to help keep property operations organised, responsive, and running smoothly. The role involves coordinating day-to-day property matters, communicating with tenants and service providers, and supporting the wider property team with administrative and operational tasks.

What you'll do:

Coordinate routine property management activities
Communicate with tenants, landlords, contractors, and suppliers
Arrange property visits, inspections, repairs, and maintenance
Track ongoing requests and follow up on outstanding tasks
Maintain accurate property records and documentation
Assist with tenancy and property administration
Respond to enquiries and provide timely updates
Support property managers with daily operational tasks
Help coordinate contractors and external services
Identify and escalate issues when appropriate

Requirements:

Experience in property, administration, customer service, or a similar area is welcome
Good communication and organisational skills
Comfortable handling several tasks and priorities
Basic computer and administrative skills
Professional and helpful approach
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn property management processes
