Glasgow | Permanent | £28K Base + Uncapped Commission + Travel Allowance

Residential Sales Advisor – Field Based B2C | Broadband Sector

We’re supporting a leading UK broadband provider that is expanding its network across Scotland. As they bring next-generation connectivity to thousands of new homes, they need driven, people-first sales professionals to be the face of the brand on the ground.

THE ROLE

This is a field-based, door-to-door B2C sales position. You’ll be visiting residential buildings across Glasgow, introducing residents to the service, building genuine rapport, and guiding them through to sign-up. You’ll also represent the brand at resident events, deliver promotional materials, and gather customer feedback.

This is a Monday to Friday role with hours suited to reaching customers at home.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Conducting face-to-face sales visits to residential properties
Building rapport with residents and clearly communicating the benefits of the service
Achieving monthly sales targets and maintaining a consistent daily visit schedule
Acting as a brand ambassador in every customer interaction
Representing the company at resident meetings and community events
Capturing customer feedback on products, pricing and competitors

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A proven track record in sales or a customer-facing role
Confident, energetic and motivated — you genuinely enjoy selling
Comfortable working to targets and being accountable for your results
Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor your approach to different customers
Experience handling objections or customer feedback
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
