- We are a SEPA registered waste management and recycling company operating from purpose-built facilities in Kirkcaldy. Our objective is to improve the local environment by helping local commercial organisations achieve their environmental objectives by efficiently diverting as much waste as possible from landfill and by maximising recycling opportunities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Yard Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Management Team to optimise employee performance, enhance recycling opportunities, and oversee the processing of various waste streams and recyclable materials. You will monitor operational efficiency and support the achievement of performance targets. This is a physically demanding role, requiring heavy lifting and a strong understanding of mechanical processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Management Team to optimise employee performance.
- Identify and maximise recycling opportunities.
- Oversee the processing of various waste streams and recyclable materials.
- Sort and separate materials and ensure they are properly prepared for recycling.
- Operate machinery and equipment to process recyclable materials safely and efficiently.
- Monitor operational efficiency and maintain quality control throughout the recycling process.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to support day-to-day operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
