Chef – All Levels

Castle Inn, Newport, Pembrokeshire

We’re always looking for talented chefs who care about great food, high standards, and being part of a supportive team.

Whether you’re an ambitious Commis Chef, an experienced Chef de Partie, or a Sous Chef ready for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you. Join an award-winning kitchen where quality matters, teamwork comes first, and you’ll be encouraged to develop your skills and progress your career.

What you’ll be doing

Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard.
Running your own section (or learning to manage one as your experience grows).
Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation.
Contributing ideas and continually developing your skills.

What we’re looking for

A genuine passion for food and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
Previous kitchen experience is an advantage, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
Reliability, enthusiasm, and pride in your work.
