Customer Services & Logistics Coordinator

Location: Little Stanney, Chester
Hours: 40–45 hours per week (between Monday - Friday 07:00–17:00)

Hardwoods Group Ltd is a leading UK manufacturer of premium oak‑framed buildings, supplying customers nationwide from our base in Little Stanney. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and organised Customer & Logistics Coordinator to join our friendly office team.

This is a varied, fast‑paced role where you’ll play a key part in keeping our customers informed and our deliveries running smoothly. If you enjoy a mix of customer service, scheduling, and office admin — and like being at the heart of daily operations — this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing

Scheduling all deliveries using both company vehicles and subcontract haulage
Handling incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
Coordinating meetings and following up on actions
Maintaining issue logs and ensuring customer requests are completed
Managing non‑timber purchasing
Costing raw material works orders
Supporting the sales and dispatch teams with day‑to‑day operations

What we’re looking for

A positive attitude and a systematic, organised approach to work
Strong communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and supporting colleagues
Excellent time‑management skills
Logistics or dispatch experience is helpful but not essential
Good geographical knowledge of the UK is an advantage

£30,000 basic salary
Monthly performance bonus
28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
