Delaware North UK is hiring casual Food and Beverage opportunities for Concessions Kiosk Assistants to join our team at the Stadium of Light, in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear. As a Concessions Kiosk Assistant, you will be delivering first-class guest experiences in a top-tier venue with dedication, precision, and passion. What will you do?

Provide positive, outstanding guest experience as the face of our concessions, highlighting special promotions and skilfully upselling our diverse range of food and beverage products, using strong verbal communication skills
Keep the till area tidy, organised, and well-stocked at all times
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals, maintaining Delaware North’s standards of excellence

Relevant experience is beneficial
Skills in communication, teamwork, and guest service

Physical requirements

Ability to stand for duration of shift
Comfortable handling various alcohol and certain meat products
Availability to attend shifts for matchdays and event days, due to events-based nature of roles
