At The Little Gym Wimbledon, we help children aged 3–12 build confidence through movement, laughter, and achievement. Every day is different, whether you're coaching a child to master a new skill, celebrating at one of our amazing birthday parties, or working alongside a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
If you've got a gymnastics background and a positive attitude, we'll give you the training and support to become a fantastic instructor.
What you'll be doing
Every shift is varied and rewarding. You'll:
- Coach fun, structured gymnastics classes that help children grow in confidence and ability.
- Create unforgettable birthday parties packed with games, activities, and smiles.
- Welcome families and provide excellent customer service.
- Help with bookings, emails, and day-to-day organisation to keep the centre running smoothly.
- Work closely with your teammates to create an exciting and positive environment.
- Continue developing your coaching and leadership skills through ongoing training.
