Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a lively environment, delivering exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess a friendly demeanour, and be committed to maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with company standards.
Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area throughout your shift.
Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations at all times.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately, providing correct change when necessary.
Assist in restocking supplies and managing stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
Engage with customers in a friendly manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Support the team during busy periods, contributing to a positive work environment.

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is essential.
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is desirable.
Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
Excellent time management to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
