Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the till system efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards relevant to bar operations.
- Excellent serving skills coupled with strong time management abilities.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Strong organisational skills to keep the bar area tidy during shifts.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a lively setting.
- Friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills.
