25hrs per week / morning shifts starting 5am / working days will be wednesday, thursday Friday and saturday
Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
Experience
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This role requires strong time management skills, the ability to upsell products, and proficiency in phone etiquette.
