Day-to-day duties
- Performing advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
- Providing technical guidance and training to team members
- Ensuring all work meets manufacturer and industry standards
- Keeping up to date with technological advancements and best practices
- Collaborating with management to improve workshop efficiency
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Master Technician certification (or equivalent experience)
- Strong diagnostic skills – you can pinpoint issues quickly and accurately
- Leadership skills – you’re happy to share your knowledge and mentor junior techs
- Great attention to detail – because every job should be done right the first time
- A proactive, can-do attitude – you’re always looking for ways to improve
- A full UK driving licence
