Salary: £26,000 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (No weekends)
Holiday: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

R2U Accident Repair Centre is a busy, family-run accident repair business with an exciting and rapidly expanding mobile repair division. We currently have two mobile repair vans carrying out insurance repairs across the UK, with plans to increase this to five vans by the end of the year.
We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to become the heart of our mobile repair operation. This is a varied role that combines customer service, scheduling, administration and planning, making it perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organised and ensuring customers receive an excellent experience.
About the Role
As our Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the customer journey from the moment we receive a repair instruction from the insurance company through to the final invoice.
You'll be the main point of contact for customers, arranging appointments, keeping them informed throughout the repair process and ensuring our technicians have well-planned, productive schedules.
This is a hands-on role where organisation, communication and forward planning are essential. You'll need to think ahead, solve problems before they arise and make sure each technician has a full and efficient workload, typically scheduling two repairs per day.
Your Responsibilities
- Receiving repair instructions from insurance companies.
- Uploading new jobs onto our management system accurately and efficiently.
- Contacting customers to arrange convenient repair appointments.
- Planning and managing the daily workload for our mobile repair technicians.
- Scheduling approximately two jobs per technician each day while making the best use of travel time and location.
- Monitoring the progress of repairs and making adjustments to schedules where required.
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
- Responding to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Resolving any customer concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Completing the invoicing process once repairs have been finished.
- Supporting the continued growth of our expanding mobile repair division.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- experienced in bodyshop industry
- Confident communicating with customers over the phone and by email.
- Able to prioritise a busy workload and remain calm under pressure.
- Proactive and able to think ahead rather than simply reacting to problems.
- Friendly, professional and enjoys delivering outstanding customer service.
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software.
- A strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within the motor trade, insurance industry or customer service would be an advantage, but we're equally interested in someone with the right attitude, organisational skills and willingness to learn.
